USDA-Inspected and BRC-Certified Plants and Distribution Centers

All of our poultry products are processed in our state-of-the-art, USDA-inspected and BRC-certified poultry plant located at our 5-acre campus in Houston, Texas. Having outgrown our prior facility, we opened our new plant in the spring of 2015. Our new plant consists of over 40,000 square feet of refrigerated processing and cooler space, and positions us for further growth in the years to come. Our poultry plant employs 100 of our 350 employees, and utilizes the latest technologies and equipment to enhance our further processing and packaging capabilities.
All of our beef, veal, lamb, and pork products are processed in our state-of-the-art, USDA-inspected and BRC-certified meat plant, located at our 5-acre campus in Houston, Texas. Our meat plant encompasses over 30,000 square feet of refrigerated processing and cooler space, with ample capacity to accommodate substantial growth. Our meat plant employs 75 of our 350 employees, and utilizes cutting-edge technology and equipment to enhance our further processing and packaging capabilities.
