We are proud to have earned the prestigious endorsement of the British Retail Consortium (BRC), a third-party auditing certification that is part of the Global Food Safety Initiative (“GFSI”). These standards are among the most stringent in the world, and go far beyond the requirements of the USDA. Annual BRC audits of our operation ensure that we continue to meet its strict food safety and quality assurance requirements.  This certification means that our products and services are meeting the very highest standards in food safety and quality, and puts us at the forefront of the industry.

We invest in the best and brightest. Our team includes top graduates from the nation’s leading Meat and Animal Science programs, whose training and skills keep us on the cutting edge of technology and best practices. In addition to monitoring our operations for food safety and quality control, our Quality Assurance Department conducts all food safety training for our production employees.  As part of its daily routine, our Quality Assurance department closely monitors our products’ conformance to our specifications, ensuring every batch of our product meets or exceeds our exacting expectations.

Our robust food safety program includes complete traceability for all our products.  In addition, we regularly conduct mock recall drills to ensure our records and systems would allow us to identify and initiate a recall within one hour’s notice.  These efforts mean we are able to respond immediately and effectively in the event of a recall.
