How to Place an Order on

If you do not have a user ID for, please click here to request access or contact your Martin Preferred Foods Sales representative at 713-869-6191. allows you to place orders, reorders, view online order history, and shop from an accurate, up-to-date product catalog around the clock. Access to a is initiated by an invite from Martin Preferred Foods, or by a request from you.

Let’s take a look at how you can place an order and view your online order history. 

How to place an order with

Log in to using your username and password

Once you log in, you’ll see the home page, which looks something like this.

Now, just click on the Shop Now tile or Shop By Category drop-down menu to see a full list of our products. 

You can also search for products by typing keywords or the Martin Preferred Foods Item Number of the product you are looking for in the search bar.

Note the Image and List buttons in the top right-hand corner of the screen. These allow you to select the viewing experience of your choice.

Clicking on the product will open a dedicated window to that product’s information. You can also add the product to your cart from this screen.

You can start creating order by clicking on the plus sign associated with each product in any of the above views.

This will add the item(s) to your shopping cart. You can click multiple times or type in the value of your choosing. In the top right corner, you can see the current total based on how many products you’ve added.

Currently this order is a draft because it is still being written. Draft orders and online order history can be found in the My Orders link at the top right of the screen.

On the My Orders screen, you can view your draft orders and view past completed orders. Click on an order number to see a more detailed view.

In the order details screen you can complete your draft order by clicking Submit Order.

Or re-order items from previously completed orders by clicking on the Reorder items in this order button.

Once a new order or reorder has been submitted, you will not have the ability to make changes.

If you need to make changes to an order that has already been submitted, you will need to contact your Martin Preferred Foods representative.

Once you submit your order on, you will see a pop-up message that your order was successfully submitted.  

You will also receive an order confirmation email.

Invoice and payment terms will follow the process established on your existing contract with Martin Preferred Foods.
